Regional Harmonization of Remittance Policies in the Economic Community of Central African States

The workshop on Regional Harmonization of Remittance Policies in the Economic Community of Central African States (ECCAS)—hosted by the National Bank of Rwanda and the United Nations Capital Development Fund (UNCDF) in Kigali—touched upon the harmonization of laws and regulations, cross-border remittances infrastructure, and capacity building to address the disjointed policy and regulatory environment in the region to better serve women and men on the move.
