Ibish is a Balance of Payments Specialist at UNCDF. He has extensive experience with the Central Bank of the Republic of Kosovo, where he contributed to laying the framework for the External Statistics Department and spent a decade gathering, preparing, and disseminating data in External Sector Statistics.
Ibish helped draft the legal framework for Kosovo’s external statistics, designing new reporting forms, compiling data, developing metadata, and preparing publications.
Ibish has an MSc in Applied Social Statistics from Lancaster University (UK).
