Angel is a digital financial services (DFS) expert with over 10 years of experience developing and launching new products that span the telecommunication and banking industry in Africa and the Caribbean.

Prior to working at UNCDF, Angel led the innovation portfolio for Tigo and AB Bank before joining Amarante Consulting as a DFS consultant working on financial inclusion and DFS product development projects across Africa and the Caribbean.

Angel holds an MSc in Network Engineering from Kyung Hee University (South Korea). She also mentors young girls interested in a career in STEM fields.
