Premasis has over 15 years of experience in the financial services sector, specializing in digital and inclusive financial products and services for MSME finance and retail banking.
Premasis formerly worked as an IFC banking specialist and as the Group Leader for the Research, Inclusive Finance, and Banking Practice divisions at MicroSave, a consulting firm focused on inclusive finance. He has worked with banks, insurance companies and other financial service providers across Asia and Africa in strategy formulation, product design, business model innovation, and process re-engineering. He is an expert in Human Centric Designs, business innovation and inclusive insurance and pensions.
Premasis holds a BSc in Agricultural Economics from Banaras Hindu University (India) and a Master of Business Administration degree from the Institute of Rural Management Anand (India).
