Wen Kang (Ralph) Chow

Ralph is a Programme Management Analyst at UNCDF’s Migration and Remittances portfolio. Ralph has worked in various United Nations agencies, including UN-Habitat, ESCAP, and the Secretary General’s Task Force on Digital Financing of the Sustainable Development Goals.

Prior to joining UNCDF, Ralph worked as a research assistant at the International Finance Corporation. He holds a BSc in Economics from the London School of Economics and Political Science (UK) and a Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree from Columbia University (US).
